At RSKT Leatherworks LLC, our products and customer service are important to us! We strive to offer a reliable product and use honor and integrity in both production and solving any issues with your order.
All information and financial details shared with RSKT Leatherworks LLC, shall be used only in a manner for payment processing, contact, and shipment of products. All information will stay in house and never shared or sold with any third party.
All items are made by hand one at a time at the time of order. With that in mind, we are human and have human errors from time to time. We choose to use the highest quality materials available to us and check each item before shipment. We also back our items 100%. Under Limited Lifetime Warranty, should your item ever fail in its intended use or pieces fail due to no fault of the user, RSKT Leatherworks LLC will warranty the item at the cost of RSKT Leatherworks LLC (including shipment to and from for repairs). Brass plated items and Leather are subject to normal wear and tear and will show signs of degradation over time. Items failure due to neglect, normal wear and tear, gross negligence, fixed or altered by anyone other than RSKT Leatherworks LLC craftsmen, or any other forms of misuse or damage, will not be considered a warrantied item. Failure due to these circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis, and RSKT Leatherworks LLC will strive to assist, at a reasonable rate, with repair or replacement at the cost of the User/Customer (including shipping to and from the customer).

From time to time, we understand that a customer is just not happy with an item. Please contact us directly by message, email, or phone in this event. We will happily work with you to make it right. Due to the custom nature of the majority of items we offer, we will not accept returns nor issue refunds on any items that are considered "Custom" or "One of a Kind" (i.e. made to fit, stamping, painted, etc.) These sales are final. In the event that an error was made in the stamping/spelling/paint scheme/sizing by the customer, please contact us directly so that we can assist you with altering or addressing the issue at the customers expense (including shipment to and from RSKT Leatherworks LLC). Please verify these are options are marked correct prior to purchase. All in stock items, less gross misrepresentation of the items by RSKT Leatherworks LLC, are available for return/exchange/refund, less shipping to and from RSKT Leatherworks LLC, and a possible 10% restocking fee. Any refunds will be processed promptly upon the receipt of the item at RSKT Leatherworks LLC. (Items returned without prior contact and approval by RSKT Leatherworks LLC will be denied and returned without refund). Items considered to be from "buyers remorse", shown to be returned in used, worn or any other condition other than "As New", or purchased to use for a single event and then returned, will be ineligible from a full refund and/or partial refund.
All Returns/Exchanges are to be made or contact made with RSKT Leatherworks LLC within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the items shown on shipment tracking. In the event of a return, RSKT Leatherworks LLC, expects items to be shipped to our facility within 5 calendar days of return approval, less holidays, and be provided with a tracking number via message or email, for a refund to be processed.
